Herminio S. Esguerra
Chairman and CEO
Mr. Herminio S. Esguerra is the owner, founder, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of all companies under The Herma Group. Successfully grown into a billion-peso conglomerate, The Herma Group has eight active companies providing petroleum supply chain, maritime transport, ship building and environmental management services to foreign and domestic industrial partners. It is a shining example of how enterprise, excellence, integrity, respect for the individual, and teamwork can build industries and change lives.
Actively involved in the advocacy for environmental care and protection, Mr. Esguerra is also known in the field as a hard worker across social, public and national sectors.
After more than three decades of the business, he is still very active in top management and is regarded as a charismatic and persistent coach, determined to prepare his people well in the management of their organization.


Lito Manansala
Chief Operating Officer
With over three decades of maritime industry experience, Lito has built an exemplary career spanning operational, technical, and executive leadership roles within the Herma organization. His journey from hands-on maritime operations to senior executive management represents a testament to dedication, expertise, and progressive leadership in the shipping industry.
Lito’s comprehensive background spans maritime operations, technical leadership, fleet management, regulatory compliance, commercial operations, and team leadership. His unique combination of hands-on operational experience and executive management skills has been instrumental in his contributions to Herma’s continued success in the shipping industry.

Capt. Nestor C. Galindo Jr.
VP for Operations
Captain Galindo is a distinguished naval officer with over 31 years of service as a Technical Officer in the Philippine Navy. His extensive career combines technical expertise, strategic leadership, and international experience in naval operations and shipyard management.
As a licensed Electrical Engineer, Captain Galindo brings essential technical proficiency to naval operations and shipyard management. He holds a Master’s in Public Management with a major in Development and Security from the Development Academy of the Philippines, and an MBA from Philippine Christian University. He has also completed various specialized courses both locally and internationally.

Manuelito “Bobet” C. Siangho
Senior Commercial Manager
Mr. Manuelito Sianghio, a Marketing Management graduate from Far Eastern University, has 43 years of experience in the shipbuilding and repair industry. He honed his skills for 27 years at his family’s shipyard before joining Herma Shipyard Inc., where he has been a key leader for the past 16 years.
At Herma, he has held progressively senior roles including VP for Technical Services and Chief Operating Officer and was instrumental in securing the company’s first high-revenue shipping client in 2007. He currently serves as the Head of Commercial Business.
